  • Professionally, Devin leads the Center for Disaster Philanthropy’s development team. In this role, he helps corporations, organizations, foundations and individuals maximize their impact through disaster giving. His consulting engagements included clients like Boston Children’s Hospital, Stanford University, the Chicago Botanic Garden, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Public Radio International.
  • Devin’s philanthropic career was inspired by his participation in leadership roles for Penn State’s Dance Marathon while earning his undergraduate degree in communications. While working for the University of Florida, Devin earned his MBA from the Warrington School of Business.
  • He lives in State College, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Tiffany, and three children. Time with his wife and family are what he cherishes most.
  • Devin is also the president of the Penn State Women’s Volleyball Booster Club, serving and supporting the 8-time national champions.

Skills & Vision

Skilled in nonprofit management, marketing, and consulting, Devin believes volleyball can be a catalyst for social change. His work with The LOVB Foundation reflects a commitment to:

  • Grassroots Development: Breaking down barriers for young athletes.
  • Strategic Growth: Building sustainable programs through partnerships.
  • Alumni Engagement: Mobilizing networks to support the next generation.

Volleyball has been instrumental in Devin’s life: “I’ve seen firsthand the impact the volleyball community has on lives – it took me to Penn State and it has always been the first circle of friends I develop anytime I move to a new community. Volleyball constantly builds friendships and breaks down barriers.”

“Without volleyball, there would be countless valuable lessons and relationships missing from my life. I’m dedicated to helping others benefit from the community and spirit surrounding our sport.”
